Technical Sales Manager
Job Description:
As a Completions Advisor Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our company’s growth, responsible for driving sales strategies, onboarding new technologies with 3rd parties, achieving sales targets and fostering relationships with clients. Your primary goal is to leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to promote and sell our products or services, meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Devise and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging technical knowledge to highlight product/service benefits.
  • Achieving Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets as defined per product by leadership by interacting with clients, promoting the value of our products, coordinating field trials, and expanding the product deployment to further increase company revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients for the field knowledge on risks associated with the completion process from wellsite mgrs. to Completion VP’s, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our offerings align with their requirements at all levels.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage the operational knowledge to integrate our proprietary software and hardware technologies to 3rd party applications that will drive additional business opportunities of partnerships to enhance our automation projects. Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services, driving industry trends, and providing technical guidance during sales presentations, negotiations and trial projects.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics, analyze and develop proven field trial plans to improve products for field teams use.
  • Collaboration: Utilize years of field knowledge and customer understanding to improve product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer satisfaction. Lead the Sales and Operations rollout of new technology with the 3rd party companies and IWS operations based in Houston.
  • Market and 3rd Party Research and Insights: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitive landscape analysis, and opportunities for business expansion.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of technical operational knowledge with 4 years of experience
  • IWS specific knowledge of proprietary software and hardware integration with 3rd parties
  • Strong leadership and team management skills for field operations and Sales plan development
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Technical proficiency relevant to the completion industry and proprietary IWS SiteVision Systems
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events
  • Ability to develop quick relationships and build trust both internally and externally
